Zero Tolerance Policy

We treat our customers with courtesy and respect and expect the same in return. You must therefore treat our staff in a courteous manner at all times as they have the right to work for us without the fear of threats, attack, intimidation or the use abusive language.

We will deem you to be in breach of this policy (and our T&C`s of sale if you have already made a purchase) when you undertake in any action which causes our staff to feel threatened, embarrassed or uncomfortable regardless of whether it is done by email communication, in person or on the telephone.

Examples of this include:

  • Shouting and Rudeness
  • Loss of Temper
  • Swearing (of any form)
  • Spurious Claims (such as accusations of theft or fraud)
  • Inflammatory Statements and Unsubstantiated Allegations
  • Threats (of any kind)
  • Intimidation
  • Derogatory Comments
  • Attempted or Actual Aggressive Physical Actions.

This policy applies to all orders placed with the company or any enquiry made with us about our products. 

If this behaviour is displayed whilst dealing with your enquiry all communication will be terminated. Furthermore, if you have placed an order with us, as per our Terms & Conditions, should you undertake in this behaviour it will result in the cancellation of your order with immediate effect. In these instances we will accept no liability for any costs you may incur as a result of your actions.

A full refund will be issued and you will also be blacklisted from placing any further orders with the company and in certain instances your actions may be reported to the Police.
